Inferior software not recognizing user name and password
Can't get into games I registered with a s/n and reg.# , user #, ...

Can't get into games I registered with a s/n and reg.# , user #, and password, but when I try to get into demo play, it doesn't recognize my user name and the password space is gray so I can't get in. What am I doing wrong?
